Those of you who attended our Supply Chain Conference in 2005 will remember that one of the key messages was that we are aware that we should listen more to our supply chain.

We said we planned to use this website as a portal for listening - and with the Supplier Satisfaction KPI and Rewards for Innovation Scheme now available online we think we have done that.

This KPI has been developed independently by our suppliers to address key performance issues - and to enable May Gurney to be the customer of choice.

It is essential that we understand where we may be making your lives difficult so that we can put these issues right.

Rewards For Innovation
We are currently particularly interested in ideas for the Rail Services sector.

However, all Supply Chain members can enter May Gurney's Rewards for Innovation scheme - and all entries submitted will receive a £1 lottery ticket.

What can be entered?
It needs to be something that can improve an aspect of the way we work.

It can be a good idea that you have had yourself, or have seen others use.

It can be about your job, your company or May Gurney.

Some very simple ideas have won in the past - but you have to be in it to win it!!
