Client: Highways Agency
Project: A11 Attleborough Bypass
Commenced: 2005
Value: £28 million

The A11 Attleborough Bypass Dualling used the Early Contractor Involvement  (ECI) method, and as such May Gurney has been involved since before publication of draft orders.

The works will comprise the construction of an all-purpose 5.5km dual carriageway along the line of the existing single carriageway bypass, which carries 23,000 vehicles per day.

A modern low noise road surface will be used, together with noise mitigation planting to minimise the environmental impact on local properties.
