Client: Surrey County Council
Project: Capital Works Construction Framework
Duration: 2005-09
Value: £2m per annum

This four-year partnership framework covers construction, alteration, extension and refurbishment works involving council-owned property throughout the county.

The portfolio is likely to comprise predominantly education related projects, although other buildings such as police stations, fire stations, libraries and council offices may be included.

The first project commissioned under the framework is the planned extension of facilities at Cawarden House School in Chobham to provide additional classrooms, office accommodation and a hall extension, which is due to start on site in August 2005.
