adjacent to Phase I, within a river setting in the picturesque
village of Trowse.
New access roads were built approaching the site. |

This design and build project involved demolition of the original
structures and their reconstruction in a similar style.
The main mill building spans the River Wensum, with the water
passing over a series of weirs and beneath the properties.
