The project involved the installation of a steel mezzanine floor within an existing print works building.

The structure was founded on piles that were cast in-situ following drilling of bores through the existing concrete floor.

The new mezzanine floor was fully decked out and the area enclosed by jumbo-stud partitions so as to provide a combination of air-conditioned offices and pre-press facilities.
