The scheme comprised the construction of additional stabling, crew yards and specialised equine treatment areas, as well as a purpose built lecture room.

A bright and modern visitors’ centre, including a shop and café, was also built - with viewing areas overlooking the new, competition-size indoor training school.

Externally, the project included a ménage (outdoor schooling area), extensive landscaping and a new tarmacadam access road.
