This negotiated design and construct project is a mirror image of the Jubilee Building, which was handed over in August 2004.

The two-storey scheme comprises a structural steel frame built off traditional strip foundations, with brick and block external walls, pre-cast first-floor slab, and a composite panelled roof.

This negotiated project involved the re-roofing and internal refurbishment of the existing floristry building in the grounds of the College, which is located to the west of Norwich.

This design and build project, which received a commendation in the 2004 South Norfolk Design Awards, comprised a main teaching facility equipped with laboratories, a learning centre, library and IT teaching facilities, additional classrooms, and a student service administration area.

A small extension to the existing Leisure Centre was also built to provide appropriate catering and support facilities
