Client: Borough of Broxbourne
Project: Hoddesdon Industrial Centre (Phase 3)
Completion: Spring 2006
Value: £2 million
Contract: PPC2000

Work began in June on the second phase of the development, which was negotiated with Borough of Broxbourne on the back of successful completion of the previous phase (see below).
Client: Borough of Broxbourne
Project: Hoddesdon Industrial Centre (Phase II)
Completed: May 2004
Value: 1.8 m
Contract – JCT 1998 (WCD)

The project, which involves the design and construction of a series of industrial starter units on the Former Lagoons Site in Pindar Road, Hoddesdon, was awarded following a two-stage process that focussed heavily on public sector partnership experience.

The units are of steel frame construction with composite aluminium cladding to roof and walls, and the design affords the flexibility to install a mezzanine floor within each unit should a tenant so desire.
