The project involved the construction of a new process plant for the production of bitumen products.
The design comprised concrete raft foundations, a structural steel frame, profiled aluminium cladding and blockwork plinth walls at low level.
The tank and pipework installation was carried out in parallel in order to enable the facility to be operational within a period of only 18 weeks.
