This key performance indicator (KPI) has been developed independently by our suppliers (facilitated by Canute Simpson of Constructing Excellence) to address key performance issues to enable us to be the best. We need you to let us know what we do well and (more importantly) what we don't, so that we can focus our efforts on improving the right areas.
