This KPI has been developed independently by our suppliers (facilitated by Canute Simpson of Constructing Excellence) to address key performance issues to enable us to be your customer of choice.  We need you to let us know what we do well and (more importantly) what we do not so well - so that we can focus our efforts on improving in the right areas.
