The customer relationships we have developed with our partners are crucial to our success. Together we develop an understanding of our customers’ needs, aspirations and expectations and - through our six monthly best practice forum for customers - continuously improve and innovate to reduce costs and risks. Our initiatives have saved our customers in excess of 15%, enabling increased investment in their lighting asset.
Long term relationships enable us to assess areas of service improvement and take a holistic approach to street lighting maintenance – taking account of energy usage in our product selection and methods of working. Working with our customers we have been able to introduce innovations that are 30% more efficient than conventional solutions and substantially reduce CO2 emissions. Working together ensures that we are the best.
We train our people to ensure that they achieve their full potential. Our award winning training programme has resulted in our employees being named ASLEC operative of the year. Similarly, our in-house NVQ training centre offers a range of courses leading to industry recognised qualifications, including sector schemes 8,9b, and 10.
In addition to long-term maintenance contracts, Cartledge also provides new installations for local authorities and civil contractors.
We are happy to share risk with customers via lump sum contracts.
