The health and safety of our workforce and the communities where we work is our priority.

We monitor the health of our employees and the number of lost time accidents is measured by the AFR (Accident Frequency Rate).

Our award winning MAD (Making a Difference) programme continues to form the basis for driving behavioural change in health and safety across the Group. For the sixth year in succession, we have received a RoSPA Occupational Health & Safety Gold Award. This is a great achievement  for our people.
