We are continuing with our goal of embedding sustainable thinking throughout our business management systems. Our sustainability and environmental risk management policy articulates our philosophy for driving sustainability through the business. It links directly to our strategy, which controls the programme for implementing sustainability in systems throughout the organisation.This strategy has three key action themes:
Key elements of the strategy have been delivered, including improving our governance of sustainability and strengthening the link between decision-making and our grass-roots activities. Our systems for environmental risk management and sustainability are combined, giving us an efficient and seamless process for delivering compliance and moving forward into deeper efficiency and sustainability.
