We offer a wide range of opportunities including traineeships in civil and railway engineering, electrical/ mechanical services, quantity surveying and contract administration.

You will attend college to work towards a nationally recognised qualification such as a National and Higher National Certificate or Diploma, which meets the needs of your role and runs parallel with the development you will receive in house, including support from our Starting Out officer who will guide you through our individually tailored in-house development plan. 

Your personal mentor and line manager will also help maximise your opportunities and long-term career progression.
