An apprenticeship is a great way to get qualified while gaining experience, training and being paid a wage.

It involves being trained by experts in their field, while at the same time building your knowledge and experience - both onsite and at college, on either day or block release.

As an apprentice at May Gurney you will receive support from our Starting Out Officer, who will guide you through your development plan. Your personal mentor and line manager will also help you maximise your opportunities and long-term career progression.
