May Gurney’s team of bridge inspectors comprises chartered and graduate engineers with the following training which is relevant to inspection services:-

Project management
The team possess vast experience in delivering structural inspections, bridge assessments and  special reports. These services are supplied to several MACs (Maintaining Agent Contractors).
 
For principal and special inspections, the team reports according to the standards set down in the Highways Agency’s Design Manual for Roads and Bridges. General inspections are conducted according to the BCI (Bridge Condition Indicator) guidelines set down by the County Surveyors' Society.
