Double success for Utility Services

Our Utility Services business has been awarded two new frameworks by water companies in the past few weeks.

Thames Water has awarded a framework for the installation of booster pump sets to combat poor pressure in tall buildings at 50 sites predominantly in and around North and Central London.

Gavin Scarr Hall, Managing Director Utility Services, says: "We are continually developing new services to meet the needs of our water industry customers.

"This new contract shows how skills drawn from our water networks and M&E teams can be integrated to support Thames Water's requirements."

The framework details are yet to be confirmed, but it is expected to run for two years and be worth more than £1 million.

Severn Trent Water has awarded a new four-year framework for general M&E maintenance of its water supply and wastewater non-infrastructure assets.

The contract commences immediately and has a potential value in excess of £500,000. We will be working collaboratively with STW's maintenance team to ensure assets remain in good working order.

Gavin Scarr Hall said: "This contract aligns with our strategic objective of supporting Severn Trent Water in its long-term maintenance needs - and offers further scope for us to assist them achieve improved efficiency in operational delivery."
