Safety milestone exceeded

May Gurney Rail Services' continuing commitment to safety has, once again, paid dividends.

On the back of completing six accident free months in May, the sector has now completed over one million hours work since its last reportable accident (RIDDOR).

Russell Adams, Rail Services' Managing Director, said: "This is an impressive achievement and excellent news for the business. Everyone in Rail Services should be immensely proud, as it is something that each of us has contributed towards.

"Going forward, our focus on safety will continue to be of paramount importance. We will carry on operating in a safe and compliant manner while going about our business working on the rail infrastructure."
