International date for NSP Director
Alan Loughlin, NSP (Norfolk Strategic Partnership) Director for May Gurney, was invited to speak at an important international conference held recently in Holland.

The conference, which was attended by around 2,000 highway authority representatives from across Europe, was held on 31 October at the World Convention Centre at The Hague.

NSP was formed in 2004 and comprises Norfolk County Council, May Gurney and Mott Macdonald. The presentation, given by Alan in partnership with John Joyce (Norfolk CC) and Stewart Parnell (Mott MacDonald), explained how the NSP works and is structured, and the benefits that have accrued since it was formed.
