"Secondly, people: our customers recognise May Gurney's people as a clear market differentiator. It's not 'what' we do but 'how' we do it that's key to delivering on customers' business needs.

"And thirdly, performance: our goal is to 'Be the Best' at what we do so that we can deliver value for all of our stakeholders - our shareholders, our people, our customers and our suppliers. In addition to financial performance, this also includes our ability to do what we say we'll do and to do everything safely."
