Gold Medal recognises sixth consecutive RoSPA H&S Gold Award

The Gold Medal Awards were presented to organisations which have achieved 5-9 consecutive RoSPA H&S Gold Awards. In our case this was the sixth consecutive year we’ve achieved a Gold Award – a remarkable achievement of which we should all feel very proud.
The RoSPA Awards have been recognising health and safety success for 54 years. They are a key fixture in the health and safety calendar and offer organisations a prime opportunity to prove their ongoing commitment to raising health and safety standards.
The awards are presented to organisations that have shown a commitment to protecting the health, safety and wellbeing of their employees and others and to continuous improvement in this sphere. They do not just consider accident records, but also look at a firm’s entire health and safety management system.
Tom Mullarkey, RoSPA’s chief executive, said: “Our annual awards encourage the raising of accident and ill health prevention standards across the board.
“Organisations place value on having a badge of external recognition – something that will set them apart from their competitors and benefit them as they present their values to the world and tender for new business.”
