Management team further strengthened

Neville Hounsome joined our senior management team as HR director on 23 March.

A seasoned professional with more than 23 years' in HR, Neville was previously assistant chief officer (people) with Norfolk Constabulary, where he led the HR function since May 2006, with responsibility for developing and implementing the force’s overall HR strategy and modernisation programme.

Before that he was HR director at McCain Foods and spent almost 10 years with Rolls-Royce Aerospace, working in industrial relations, HR policy, management development and other personnel roles.
