Awards round up - August 2008
We’ve been short listed for three more prestigious awards ceremonies taking place in the next few weeks.
We’re delighted to have been short listed in the ‘Supplier of the Year’ category in the 2008 Business Excellence Awards, organised by our key customer Anglian Water.
The awards will be presented at a ceremony at the Duxford Air Museum in Cambridgeshire on 9 October.
We’ve also been short listed in the Employer of the Year category in the 2008 IPP Payroll and Pensions Awards.
This award recognises employers who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to the development of their staff, and who can be seen as benchmark employers in terms of their successful promotion of professionalism and continuous skills and team development.
The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony at the Hilton Brighton Metropole on 3 September.
We’ve been short listed in two categories at the 2008 East of England Training Awards.
The first short listing is in the Business Education Link in Construction category.
Rob Upson has also been short listed in the Apprentice of the Year category. Rob is a general construction apprentice working as part of the Norfolk Strategic Partnership (NSP). Rob was also highly commended at The Big Skills awards earlier this year.
The awards ceremony will be held on 10 October at the SAS Radisson Stansted, and hosted by Kate Adie OBE.
