Expanding our inspection services

We’ve been awarded an 18-month contract with new customer Mobile Broadband Network Ltd, a joint venture between T-Mobile and 3.

The contract, which is worth around £1.3 million a year, involves undertaking quality and site inspection audits on maintenance and enhancement work undertaken by third parties at MBNL’s wireless sites throughout the UK.

Over the next two years T-Mobile and 3 are planning to optimise their coverage by merging their operational wireless assets. A review of their sites will identify duplication in coverage.

We plan to enhance customer service by introducing our asset management software system, Intercom™. The software will provide MBNL with a digital dashboard providing immediate access to live metrics on Key Performance Indicators relating to effective delivery on site, and enable a contractor league table to be constantly updated.
