As a SMARTEEast partner, we’re delivering a range of public sector new build and refurbishment projects for Hertfordshire County Council.
SMARTEEast, a not for profit company jointly owned by Essex, Hertfordshire and Suffolk County Councils, acts as an umbrella for regional framework contracts.
The framework is the result of a ground breaking initiative by the authorities in collaboration with the Association of Chief Corporate Property Officers (COPROP) and the Regional Centre of Excellence East (RCE-East) who provided funding and ongoing support for the project.
It is also responsible for the training and development of an extended supply chain, with the emphasis firmly on establishing long-term relationships.
