Our relationship with MBNL commenced in 2008 when we were awarded the Quality Assurance Auditing contract.
Under the contract we are responsible for monitoring the quality performance of MBNL’s suppliers as they conduct work across the combined 3 and T-Mobile networks. In supplying the service we have developed new systems and processes that address the operational differences between the two principal organisations and customised our information management system to handle documentation, certification and reports - in line with MBNL’s requirements.
Quality Assurance Audits
We conduct desk top (electronic) audits and physical audits which are conducted on site. We review the documentation prepared by MBNL’s contractors and check conformance with Quality Assurance processes, and report anomalies. We also conduct physical audits where we visit sites when work is being undertaken, in order to witness conformance to designs and specifications. We also conduct line sweeping services utilising our Anritsu trained personnel when required.
Document management
We utilise our self developed asset information management and reporting software solution to ensure end to end conformance, enable data downloads, sequence jobs and store and retrieve documentation - automating the auditing process and reducing the need for paper based reporting.
