May Gurney offers a variety of graduate career opportunities, ranging from office based roles such as business development to management and site based/technical roles - from engineering to quantity surveying.

Will I feel supported and welcomed during the first months in my new role?
Every employee at May Gurney is nurtured through their early days, and graduates are no exception.

We know that starting a new job can be both daunting and exciting. From day one you will be allocated a mentor who will guide you through the Graduate Development Programme.

Within weeks of joining you will be asked to attend our highly informative company induction programme, during which you will learn more about May Gurney. And wherever you are working within May Gurney, you will be supported by your line manager and your HR Business Partner.

In addition, you will have regular reviews with the Starting Out Manager, who has overall responsibility for your development.

Is the culture right for me?
This is a tough question - only you will really know whether you are suited for a career at May Gurney.
