Traineeships involve attending college on block release or one day a week, and getting work experience on a real construction site.
You will receive support at May Gurney from the Starting Out Team, who will guide you through our in-house development plan. Your personal Mentor and Line Manager will also help you to maximise your opportunities and long term career progression.
